Welcome to season 2008, where the Roosters come home to our grass roots in the Eastern Suburbs at the Sydney Football Stadium.

I am proud to be leading this great team and great club into the Roosters 101st season in 2008. Thank you for your support this far.

The form and commitment the players showed in the latter half of the 2007 season was a great indication of what to expect this coming season. We look forward to having you along for the ride.

With the addition of Mark O’Meley, and the return of James Aubusson to the club, we can only improve on the achievements of 2007.

After celebrating our 100th season in '07, we look forward to starting our new century in 2008.

The club is heading in an exciting direction both on and off the field.

We have fantastic new talent coming through the ranks, many of whom will play an important part of the 2008 season.

Our move back to our playground, at Moore Park in the Eastern Suburbs, will ensure we have some of the most modern facilities in the league, along with some of the best support staff, all with the common goal to make 2008 successful.

With the NRL celebrating the game's centenary, there will be many fantastic games at which to entertain your clients, including our Heritage Round game against Newcastle and 1908 Grand Final replay against South Sydney. Additionally we have our traditional Good Friday game against the Brisbane Broncos and Anzac Day against the St George Illawarra Dragons.

The Sydney Football Stadium is one of the premier rugby league grounds in Australia and as a player and now coach, I love stepping out to a full house. The atmosphere is second to none and I look forward to you joining us in 2008.
