• Sydney Children's Hospital- Randwick Division
• Tedd Noffs Foundation
• Local Junior Rugby League Football Clubs in the Eastern Suburbs District
• Berkeley Sports Football Club
• Kingswood Sports Football Club

(NB) Other requests will be considered on an individual basis. Educational organisations who actively encourage Rugby League in the Eastern Suburbs and welcome our Development team will be offered assistance before those who do not.

Charity Request Policy

The Sydney Roosters receive a large number of requests each year for assistance and will only accept one request per organisation each year for consideration.

All requests for assistance must be submitted in writing. Faxed, emailed and phone requests will not be considered. Please leave 4 weeks for a response. All requests are to be sent to:

You will be notified in writing on the outcome of your request. All decisions are at the discretion of the Sydney Roosters.

Please note, items donated or sold at a discount price can not be re-sold for an individual’s profit and can only be utilised for the purpose as stated in the request letter.

The Sydney Roosters do not accept any merchandise to be signed. Items received by the Sydney Roosters will be returned to the individual. The Sydney Roosters do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items that are sent.

Charity Request Guidelines

All requests submitted need to adhere to the below guidelines for consideration.

All charity requests must be submitted in writing on letterhead and include the following details:

• Date of the fundraising event
• Outline as to how the proceeds will be used
• Contact person and phone number
• Postal address

If a for-profit business or other organisation is running an fundraiser event and donating the proceeds back to a charitable organisation a letter on the charity's letterhead or an official accreditation is required for the request to be submitted.
